Denise Bedard
Denise Bedard was born in Quebec City in 1929. Since her childhood, she is interested in all forms of artistic expression: drawing, tapestry, watercolour and oil painting. From 1979 to 1982, she registered at the Moulin des arts in Saint-Étienne for some courses. She then studied with St-Gilles and Remi Clark from 1984 to 1986), then with Graham Scholes in 1986 and with Judy Betts in 1988. In 1987, Denise Bedard won the Albert-Rousseau prize and she was also accepted for three consecutive years by the Canadian Watercolour Society Art show.
