Danielle Gagnon

Born in Montreal in 1956, She is a second generation artist. She earned her first degree in 1978 in commercial drawing at Studio Salette in Montreal. She then moved on to fashion design at Concordia University. In 1990, Danielle Gagnon stepped away from the graphic design to finally discover oil painting & pursue her goal  to become a professional artist. The impressionnist masters, like Renoir and Monet,  has had a great influence on her style. Her paintings are composed of soft and romantic images and her choice of colours make her paintings distinct and easily recognizable. She has participated in several exhibitions by herself and with other reknown artists in the Quebec and Ontario region. Her paintings are now sold in Canada, United Sates and Europe.
