Alain Veilleux

Alain Veilleux, born in 1967 and originally from Cap-de-la-Madeleine, is a self-taught painter who transformed his passion for drawing into a professional career. Abandoning teaching in the early 2000s, he began with oil painting, before turning to acrylic, a medium that offered him more spontaneity and freedom. His naïve, jovial and whimsical style is characterized by bright colors and a unique universe.

A professional painter for over 15 years, his style aims to brighten people’s hearts. Represented in galleries and participating in various symposiums across Quebec, he has received numerous awards for his inspiring creations.
