Chantal Gingras

Born in Quebec City in 1970, she grew up in the city of Charlesbourg. Passionate about drawing from an early age, her taste for the arts blossomed in varied forms: design, portrait and painting. After obtaining a diploma from the School of Architecture of the Laval University, she paints her little houses that merrily dance through landscapes straight from her imagination. Exhibiting in galleries since 1995, she strives to have people discover the charm of these old residences, echo of our ancestors’ lives. The entire work reflects the artist’s joy in fully living her love for life and painting.
